Introducing!

Bruce Sacks and his RV9, a fellow Airport Bum from up around Macon, Gaawga.

Bruce flew his newly completed RV9 to Waycross in September 2006 for a visit and to fly off some restricted hours.  Bruce just recently started flying his beautiful RV and loves to show off his hard work.  Bruce started building his plane 5 years ago and has labored long and hard to achieve such great results.  His approach was the Slow build construction where the parts are punched out and match drilled, but not fabricated or assembled.  Bruce did all that work himself including the paint which is why it took 5 years.  Our hats are off to Bruce, what a great job.  Your the Man Bruce, come back to visit whenever you can.  Here is Bruce showing off his work to Dr. Thompson who is currently building an RV9a quickbuild at the Waycross, Ga. airport

Bruce has a new paint job. The yellow and black is gone. To see the new paint job, Click on the old yellow thumbnails below to see the full size picture. See what you think of this great new look compared to the old yellow and black

The first picture is the old paint scheme just so you can see the improved version. Just click on the other 4 thumbnails to see the brand new paint. What does Bruce love best about flying?  Cruising along at 190 mph tuned on to XM RADIO, and watching all the snails crawling along down below on I-16, somewhere around Macon.  Ha! we hear ya Bruce.  I bet you wear that radio out before it's time for SNF 2008. Dont forget to stop in for free BBQ .
